2. Select your colours – Choose your base colour (natural, oak, walnut, or black) and your dog & name colour (white, natural, oak, walnut, or black). High-contrast pairings like black-on-natural or white-on-walnut tend to read best from across a room.
3. Enter breed, name, and font – Tell us the breed, the dog’s name (or names), and which of the three fonts to use. If you can’t find your breed in the chart, message us — we’ll happily draw it.
4. We handcraft and ship – Production takes 3–14 business days. Every order ships with tracked delivery, with DDP included for USA customers — no surprise fees on arrival.
5. Mount and hang the leash – Two keyholes are pre-routed into the back and a full mounting kit ships in the box. Fix to the wall, hang the leash, and you’re done.
