Material & Craftsmanship

Every disc is cut into a five-petal flower shape from birch plywood (3–4 mm), then smooth-sanded across every surface and edge so the finished card is safe and comfortable to hold during a monthly photo. We engrave each milestone into the centre of the flower using a laser, burning the retro lettering cleanly into the pale wood grain for a finish that won’t fade or chip.

1. Choose your set Select 13 cards (Hello World + months 1–12) or 15 cards (the full month series plus a first name disc and a first + last name disc). Both options are made to the same standard in our studio.

2. Enter the personalisation details For the 15-card set, type your baby’s first name and full name exactly as you’d like them engraved — the retro font works beautifully with both short and long names, but check your capitalisation carefully before adding to cart.

3. Double-check the spelling Every set is custom-made to your order, so the name you enter is the name we engrave. We can’t re-engrave a disc after production, so it’s worth a careful read before you confirm.

4. We handcraft and ship Production takes 3–14 business days. Every parcel ships with a tracking number; express upgrades are available — reach out before ordering if you’re working to a baby shower or due date deadline.
